Yal Yal Estate has a close relationship with our wine maker Sandro Mosele who shares our philosophy of ensuring that our wines are representative of their place and the seasons in which they grow.
Our wine making approach is non-interventionist. All wines are fermented spontaneously and are wild fermented. Wholly French oak is used for wine maturation and are our wines are unfined and only minimally filtered.
Working with Sandro, we are focussed on making wines of elegance, finesse, texture, complexity and structure.
